The place was fully equipped and beautifully appointed and the staff were flexible, the location was marvellous in the heart of the city. The breakfast was generous and very very good at a reasonable rate, the food was great. Location: the hotel was near trains and Surry Hills restaurants and bus stop and Sydney Conference centre and museum station.

The restaurant here was good with friendly staff, we both ordered excellent dishes; the mini-bar, dressing area, and lounge were much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early after a long journey. They even offered to split the beds in our room into twin beds, which was a great gesture. We loved the fresh icy water with lemons in the reception area, such a nice touch. The pool was also amazing, especially since it was heated.

We recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sydney. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even transported a left-behind teddy to the airport for me just in time for my flight. The hotel's location was perfect for both exploring the CBD and the inner city suburbs. It was right on the border of the city and Surry Hills, with easy access to different public transport options. I could easily walk to all the main shopping areas and there were plenty of amazing food, coffee, and drink options within minutes. The room was comfortable and quiet, with great amenities. The hotel cafe/bar was also lovely and convenient, with great staff and service.

The hotel is excellent and modern. the food was nice. - It was great-sized with a queen bed. - the location is particularly good for walking around a dignified art-deco memorial. - the area is very relaxing near shops, transport, tourist attractions, and parks.

The bathrooms here are big after being recently redone. 🚿 the location is convenient, just a 5-minute stroll to Chinatown.

Value for money was great, with a beautifully furnished and clean room, comfortable bed, and excellent amenities like a coffee pod machine. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast delights were a bit lacking, with not many options on the room service menu.

The layout of the room was well-designed, and the sheets were crisp and fresh. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the carpets to the bathroom and kitchenette. I especially appreciated the option of having a room with a king-size bed and two singles, which worked perfectly for my family. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, being conveniently situated between the train station and the city center. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city using public transportation, and attractions like the opera house were within a short walking distance. Another great aspect was the availability of affordable overnight parking, which was almost unheard of in this city.

This hotel is conveniently located close to most public transport, making it easy to explore all the attractions Sydney has to offer. It is also walkable to many areas, so you can easily explore the city on foot. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are a good size. The staff are friendly and polite, providing excellent service. The reception area is nice and the facilities are great. it is a good place to stay if you want to be close to everything.

One downside is that some other guests can be quite noisy, especially near the elevator, which can disturb your peace and quiet.
